How to Meditate?
With a range of Meditation methods available everywhere, ‘where to start’ can be confusing.
Personally, I am not fan of guided meditations as they diverge from the core purpose of meditation- but that’s for another blog.
These two simple 'Breath Meditations' offer a starting point on your inner journey. This Breath meditation technique also helps in relieving stress, anxiety and offer a range of mental health benefits with regular practice.
As you advance with this simple technique, more doors may open, introducing you to different meditation methods. You can then choose what resonates with you the most.
Caution: Meditation may stir deeper emotions in initial periods. So it is recommended to start with someone’s help.
