Ayurveda acknowledges that we all are cast in different moulds and therefore, treats each person not as a ‘number’ but as a ‘unique human’.

Further, Ayurveda defines Health as not only absence of disease, but as Balance - of 7 bodily tissues, 3 doshas, 3 waste products - and mind body alignment.

Most importantly, Ayurveda works on the principle that the Body keeps the score.

That’s why this test does not give any number or score for your health (if that’s what you were expecting) but it helps you to tune-in and reflect on ‘What is happening within you’.
