Shiro-Abhyanga :

Indian Head and Neck Massage

Shiroabhyanga (Head and Neck Massage) is a very effective head massage therapy for great relaxation and stress-relief. It focuses upon stimulating vital points (Marma) of the head and neck, resulting in a state of peace and tranquility, followed by an Indian head massage. Specific hair oils are chosen according to your constitution and health needs.

Studies show that physical therapies with medications are superior in reducing migraine frequency, pain intensity and pain perception over medications alone.
