Managing Anger with Ayurveda

Ayurveda on Anger

Ayurveda views anger (krodha) as a condition of aggravated Pitta dosha in body as well as mind. Going deeper, Ayurveda further explores samskaras i.e. past tendencies in Chitta to manage and ultimately get freedom from anger.

Anger harms us, our body as well as may affect those around us in most damaging ways. It is the negative emotion that is very difficult to control. It aggravates ageing, damages health at multiple levels and can hinder our overall progress in life.

Ayurveda approach aims at empowering us to take control of our mind and uses bodywork therapies and herbs which pacify the mind, so we can recognize and manage anger. It often requires initiative, commitment and patience to achieve desired control over anger. It’s possible, but not easy for everyone.

That’s why Ayusha created this program to help you throughout this journey.
