Safe, Nurturing Pregnancy Massage for Aches, Swelling & Restless Sleep

Gentle, pregnancy-trained care for tired backs, heavy legs and a busy mind — with a Lymphatic Facial & Indian Head Massage included.

A few things mums ask us before booking:

  • Safe from your second trimester onward (and earlier with your doctor's okay) — we adjust everything to your stage and, it’s absolutely gentle but very effective massage.

  • No lying on your stomach- you will be on a special table, supported with pillows, so it's comfortable for whole body massage and safe for you and your baby

  • You're in control-what parts are involved or excluded, specific convcerns to be focused

  • A word about lymphatic massage- unlike other massages, lymphatic massage we offer is very gentle and therefore safest in pregnancy, yet very effective in relaxation and pain management. It is offered by a male therapist trained in advanced lymphatic care using Dr Vodder technique.

This is your hour to be looked after.

Some weeks your body just talks back. If any of this sounds familiar, you're exactly who this is for:

  • Lower-back, hip or pelvic pain that flares when you sit, stand or roll over in bed

  • Heavy, swollen legs, feet or hands by the afternoon

  • Tight shoulders, neck and ribs as your posture shifts around your bump

  • Broken sleep, racing thoughts and vivid dreams

  • Feeling stretched thin — tearful, wired, or just over it

It means your body's asking for a little help.

What’s it like?

Carrying a baby changes everything — your posture, your sleep, your digestion, your mood. So this isn't an off-the-shelf massage. We shape every session around where you are right now.

You'll be settled on your back, with a comfortable inclination to avoid any pressure and on sides with pillow support that takes the load off your lower back and hips. Slow, rhythmic strokes ease aching shoulders, sciatic-type twinges and that deep hip and rib discomfort. Gentle lymphatic work helps puffy feet and ankles feel lighter, while quiet neck and head work lets your mind finally stop spinning.

You're encouraged to say what feels good and what doesn't — out loud, any time. This is your time, and we treat it that way.

Most mums tell us it's the first time in weeks they've felt truly relaxed in their own body and they are surprised the way they feel at ease and comfortable after the massage. Some report reduced pelvic tension, more movement and ofcouse less aches and a calmer mind.
