Karma Kombats

A possible way-out when it feels like lost in woods

Sometimes

Everything feels like a drag.

Going round in circles
Tried everything, but still things not working
No solution in sight
Unresolved nagging issues

We blame Karma

That’s when life is prompting us to look deeper.
That’s where Karma Kombats can help you.

  • Are you driving the life or is life driving you around?

When nothing is working, we often tend to blame others, ourselves, God or our Karma. That need not be the case.

There is so much to Life which we can’t see, right?
Karma Kombats is either one-off or a series of frank discussions where we may help you navigate the difficult period based on Yogic perspective on Life.
The Yoga science (goes well beyond postures and) helps one to understand the unseen dimensions of Life, to help make sense of the present.
It believes that what we are experiencing now could be linked to some past incarnations and provides tools to manage the current challenges in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic manner.

It’s not a religious teaching, not clairvoyance or past-life regression.

  • It will teach you a practical way to live daily life, in a more conscious way, so you can reduce or get rid of your suffering.

We do many actions based on our ingrained habits, unconscious patterns. That generate effects which we are unable to link to those actions performed under such influence. Once we understand the cause-effect, we understand the reasons behind issues we are facing. We can choose to act in a different way and manage the consequences of the past actions effectively, which will help reduce the suffering.

  • Karma is popularly (and incorrectly) seen as a reward-punishment system. ‘You reap what you sow’ kind. Karma is often seen in a fatalistic way like ’oh…this is my karma, what can I do? I have to suffer it’ and so on.

However, Karma literally means ‘action’. So Karma can be explained as sum total of your actions and intentions behind them. Karma philosophy is just based on one principle of ‘cause and effect’.

Some actions generate Karma, some free us from Karma.

  • Karma Yoga removes the fatalistic approach to Karma i.e. 'it's my karma' or 'hit by karma'. It provides a way of living life consciously. i.e. doing the actions which free us from Karmic influences. It does not involve any Yoga postures.

If the action creates bondage, it will create Karma. If action creates freedom from bondage, it is Karma Yoga.

It may sound confusing, but once you start implementing it, it will become clearer.

  • No.
No living person today has seen the past life. We are talking about issues you are experiencing about your present life, so we will just focus on the present.

  • starting point is to book a consult session- Vedic Counselling. We will slowly dive into the discussion about issues you are facing, at your own pace. Each subsequent session will clarify things in a way that will enable you to take back control of your life.

The concept of Karma is originated in ancient Indian scripture- Bhagwat Gita.

It’s an illuminating story of a prince facing the dilemma of fighting battle against his own blood relatives and is seeking guidance from his Guru, friend, charioteer- Sri Krishna in the middle of battlefield.

Then Sri Krishna explains him the concept of Karma Yoga- a way to live and play his role.

Gita is a classic treatise having innumerable deep explanations and meanings which help solve issues faced across many ages and which are even more applicable for challenges faced in today’s life.
