Why to be in Nature?

I often wondered why since ancient times, Yogis recommended being in Nature.

I mean of course, it feels good to be in Nature, enjoy views and relax.

But my recent Overland track hiking showed me deeper meaning.

Just a quick background:
I decided to go on Overland track hiking with my wife; without much idea of whats involved.

There was lot of training, heavy back-pack (which I don’t enjoy), so there were many mixed emotions.

This is summary of all that experience.
