Terms of Service.

1. We accept only online or phone bookings, with 25% deposit.

2. All treatments come included with a brief consultation prior to treatment, where we explain the treatment and assess its suitability to your health condition or expectations.

3. If you are booking a treatment on your own (i.e. not advised by the practitioner), then please call us if you are in doubt re which treatment to select. Ayurveda treatment names are in Sanskrit and a few times pictures do not align with the exact treatment. During consult prior to treatment we will ensure that the treatment selected matches your expectations. In case of discripency, we offer some flexibility to change the treatment on the day.

4. However, in some cases, changing the treatment on the day is not possible and we may offer you another time, on a different day.

5. The practitioner will assess the suitability of self-selected treatment during the pre-treatment consult and may advise more suitable treatment for your condition or expectations.

6. Change of mind refunds are not possible. We only offer refund of deposit in genuine situations like medical emergency or reasons.

7. All treatments are provided by a male practitioner. If you are not okay with this or with any aspect of the treatment, and wish to cancel the booked treatment, we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.

8. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if the self-selected treatment is not suitable for you or if the preparation for the treatment is not followed correctly or if your health condition on the day is not suitable for the treatment booked.
